lol its always easy to get to top 100 when u play just after the ladder resets, u face all the scrub guilds that are rank 400. Yes i like the ladder change i like how they are doign an average as well, and how they are removing gimmicky builds. Also on the free play ladder, do u lose rating if u lose? i mean im guessing it is a ladder to mess around and try new builds and ppl might be perturbed by the ladder if u lose rating every time u lose running 8 wamos (hey its fun).
oh about the no guesting i think u should be able to guest on a free ladder not the tourneys, (someones probably already said that) but it makes sense, cuz its not ur true skill if u guest ppl that could be winning for u (eg guesting 2 of iqs best monks, and then winning cuz none of ur guys drop easily).

Amid that horrible paragraph full of uncapitalized letters and the longest sentence I have ever seen in my life, I am able to determine that you think that guesting 2 of iqs best monks you get an auto win.
You are absolutely wrong. First of all IQ's best monks, as you put it, would never guest for some meteocre (is that how you spell it?) guild (r50ish to 100). Second of all, it takes much, much more than guesting 2 of IQ's best monks to win you games. I guarentee you if I took Soul Wedding and Tommy and had them monk for a r500 guild they wouldn't win against any decet guild. Not because tommy and soul wedding are bad at monking, but because it takes 8 to win, not 2.
Having no guests is harsh, if you only have 10 people in the guild, and one can't make it because he is going to the superbowl, one is going to a party, and another has to work, you have 7 people willing to play, but because Anet is scheduling the times you play, you have to miss out.
I think 1-2 guests should be allowed especially since Anet is scheduling your matches, not the guild.

That's not true, I was in a guild that broke top 50 on the back of QQ's monks.

Also, having friends can do wonders.
Plus, if you're invincible, you can go perma-frenzy and eventually they will be out of energy.
